I specialize in helping people move better, feel stronger, and stay active for life by combining Pilates, rehabilitation, corrective exercise and strength training into one individualized approach.

I started my career through Pilates as a dancer in 2003 in my own search for a more capable body. Over the past 20 years, my work has evolved through advanced study in Pilates, rehabilitation, neuromuscular retraining, strength training, exercise physiology and longevity.

Today, I use this integrated approach to help people build the strength, movement, and resilience needed to stay active, live pain-free and continue doing the activities they enjoy.
