Pilates Group Class
Small group classes with a strong focus on deep core activation along with full body integration for a strengthening, balancing and elongating Pilates workout that will leave you feeling toned, strong, and flexible.
Limited to 4 participants only, each class is taught with a positive style and strategic cuing to ensure proper alignment and correct muscular engagement in every movement. Instruction is always personalized to the bodies in the room with their individual needs and goals in mind.
